Today’s fun is core-focused beginner workout that can be done with or without equipment. It is super simple and easily adjustable for all fitness levels.

The toughest part for myself was the Superman holds, to compensate I went until my chest hit the ground and stopped the count until I resumed. This will help continue my improvement until I can hold the whole set for the full 60s.
